Sometimes life might get in the way of wellness. Don’t worry. We understand. Here are our terms and conditions around cancellations, missed bookings, and product returns for The Studio, The Saunas, and The Shop.
If you wish to cancel your class or event booking at The Studio, we require that you call or cancel online at least twelve (12) hours prior to class or event start time in order to unreserve your spot and return it to your account. Once your spot is cancelled, the class will be returned to your account for use at a future date. If you cancel less than 12 hours prior to class or event start time, you will be charged a $10 late-cancellation fee to your credit card on file and your class will be returned to your account. All late-cancellation fees will automatically be charged to your credit card on file. If you do not show up to your class or event and do not cancel, your class or event booking will still be deducted from your account.
We do not offer refunds on any single events, single classes or class packages.
If you wish to cancel your sauna session, we require that you call or cancel online at least twenty-four (24) hours prior to your booked appointment in order to unreserve your session and return it to your account. Once your appointment is cancelled, the sauna session will be returned to your account for use at a future date. If you cancel less than 24 hours prior to your appointment start time, or if you do not show up for your appointment and do not cancel, your appointment will still be deducted from your account.
If you are running late, we ask that you call the front desk to let us know. If you do not call the front desk and are more than 10 minutes late for a 25 minute session or more than 15 minutes late for a 55 minute session, the session will be forfeited, and your appointment will be deducted from your account.
We do not offer refunds on any single sessions or memberships.
We will accept returns on any unused, un opened product for up to thirty (30) days after the original purchase date. If you are returning a gift, a gift receipt is required.
All sale items are final sale and gift cards are nonrefundable.
