Inner Light has partnered with Emily Tully, mindfulness coach and yoga instructor, for a Meditation 101 series this fall.

Each Meditation 101 Workshop will teach tools for incorporating meditation and mindfulness into every day life. The Workshops are geared towards beginners but open to all with a beginner’s mindset!

Each month will have a theme – December’s workshop is all about stress! You’ll learn about the science behind meditation and why it is such an incredible tool for reducing cortisol, improving cardiovascular health, boosting the brain’s neural pathways to overall decrease anxiety and create a greater sense of peace. When you leave this workshop, you’ll be equipped with stress reducing meditations to help you get through the holiday season and incorporate into daily life.

What you can expect:

  • Mindfulness meditation techniques

  • Stress reduction and relaxation through conscious breathing

  • Generate awareness

  • Speaking and visualizing through symbology

  • Positive energy & affirmations

  • Transforming emotions to lower anxiety

This class is $50 a person and includes light refreshments.
